    We had a wonderful stay at 礁溪晶泉丰旅 Wellspring By Silks, enjoying the vast array of activities like the morning bike tours and soothing yoga sessions. The rooftop pool was a fine highlight! the breakfast area felt a bit cramped and there was a minor hot water issue. I recommend this hotel!

    We had a good stay at 礁溪晶泉丰旅 Wellspring By Silks. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We really enjoyed the evening cocktails. the public bath could use improvement. I highly recommend this hotel!

    Had WONDERFUL stay for Easter holidays and the weather was wonderful. The room was compact and new-fashioned, could see city from the window. The location was good to the waterfall area Lin-Mei She and met needs. Moreover, it was very close to coffee shops, trains on most days, and the train station.

    I had a fantastic Christmas stay! The hot spring tub in the room was such a cozy treat, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The rooftop swimming pool offered fine views and a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, the staff really made the experience special with their warm hospitality and helpfulness in planning activities around the area.

    The room was a bit on the smaller side, and I could hear noises from neighboring rooms at times. the lighting in some corridors felt a little dim, making it tricky to navigate at night. There were a few minor maintenance issues that could use attention, but overall, it was a lovely holiday getaway!

    During my recent Easter holiday stay at this lovely hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and friendly service from the staff. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, which had plenty of healthy options. The rooftop hot spring was a fantastic way to unwind, and the cozy private hot spa on our balcony was a good touch. Every evening, we were entertained with movie nights by the pool, making our stay even more enjoyable.

    The hotel is modern and truly exceptional. the staff were hard-working and accommodated my special request. - the room was new-fashioned and compact with a comfortable bed. - the room had an electric kettle and a fridge at my disposal. - the location is magnificent, at a medium distance from Jiaoxi Hot Springs Park.

    The staff were very attentive

    I loved my modern room. There was a train station very close to the hotel. Overall, Wellspring By Silks in Jiaoxi was a great choice for my stay. the hotel had very attentive staff who made sure I had everything I needed. I particularly enjoyed my modern room which was comfortable and stylish. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a train station made getting around very convenient. I would recommend this place to others looking for a pleasant stay in Jiaoxi.

    The room at Wellspring By Silks was absolutely amazing! It had awesome city or mountains views and we couldn't stop admiring the scenery. The air-conditioned room was super comfy with a cozy sofa, electric kettle, and a minibar for all our snacking needs. We loved the free WiFi which allowed us to stay connected with our loved ones back home. The hydromassage showerhead in the bathroom was simply heavenly, giving us a much-needed relaxation after a long day of exploring. And guess what? Our twin room even had a hot tub! It was like a dream come true for us.

    The only thing we didn't completely love was the cable TV. It's just our personal preference as we didn't find much interest in the channels provided.

    Located minutes away from the train and bus station and close to car rental, this hotel offers convenience and easy access to transportation. the spacious and comfy rooms provide a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. the breakfast buffet is extensive, with various Asian options and fresh fruits. Guests can also enjoy evening cocktails and wine in the well-designed public space.

    The cleaning service was not perfect during the peak season.
